When and how money for numbers and top-ups is returned. Updated October 28, 2026.

In short

If no code arrives, the money returns to your balance by itself: there is no need to contact support. A balance top-up is final and is refunded only after a technical error of the service. Support looks into disputed cases and decides within three business days.

## If no code arrives

An SMS number waits for the code for 15 minutes. A number for a code by call waits until the deadline shown in the order. If no code arrives, the money returns to the balance automatically.

Until a code arrives, you can cancel the activation with the "Cancel" button in the order, and the money returns to the balance too. For some numbers, canceling becomes available a couple of minutes after purchase.

Once a code has arrived, the service is considered delivered and the money for the order is not returned. If the wrong code or a broken code arrived, write to support with the order number and we will check it.

## Number rentals

Some rentals can be canceled with a full refund to the balance from 2 to 20 minutes after purchase, as long as no SMS has arrived. If canceling is available, the button is shown in the rental card.

Other rentals cannot be canceled, but they can be extended. Money for the paid term and for extensions, including automatic renewals, is not returned. If a rented number stopped receiving SMS, write to support.

## Balance top-ups

Funds on the balance are a prepayment for services. A top-up is final and is not refunded, except after a technical error of the service.

We do not refund a top-up made by mistake, a change of mind or an unused balance.

If a payment went through but the balance was not topped up or the amount is wrong, write to support with the invoice number: we will check the payment and sort it out.

## Referral rewards

Referral program rewards are credited only to the balance and cannot be withdrawn. If an invited user's purchase is refunded, the reward for it is canceled, even if it has already been moved to the balance.

Include the order or invoice number and your account ID from "Settings" → "Account". Individual cases are reviewed within three business days. Money for orders is returned to the account balance.
